Journeying with Sucellos and Nantosuelta: Connecting with the Gifts of the Earth and the Depths of the Soul.

The purpose of this meditation is to connect with the energy of Sucellos and Nantosuelta and to tap into their teachings of balance, renewal, and abundance. This can help cultivate a sense of gratitude for the gifts of the earth and encourage a deeper connection with the natural world. This can also promote an understanding of the cyclical nature of life and the importance of both creation and destruction in the natural order of things. By focusing on the symbols associated with Sucellos and Nantosuelta, this meditation will help you align with the energies and find a greater sense of peace, balance, and connection in your daily life.

Begin by finding a relaxing place to sit or lie down. Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax.

Visualize standing at the edge of a vast, dark cave. You can feel the cool air coming from within, and you sense that there is a powerful force inside.

As you step forward into the cave, you see Sucellos standing before you with his mallet and cup. He nods to you and gestures for you to follow him deeper into the cave. You sense that he is leading you towards the realm of Dubnos, where new life and growth are born from the darkness.

As you journey deeper into the cave, you begin to hear the sound of water flowing. Soon, you come upon Nantosuelta standing by a great well. Her ravens circle overhead, and you can feel the power of renewal emanating from her presence.

Nantosuelta takes your hand and leads you to the edge of the well. She invites you to look deep within the waters, where you see images of your own life and the cycles of birth, growth, and death that you have experienced. You feel a sense of peace and acceptance as you gaze upon these images, knowing that they are all part of the natural flow of life.

Nantosuelta then invites you to take a cup and draw water from the well. As you drink the water, you feel a sense of renewal and vitality flowing through your body. You know that this water is a symbol of the eternal flow of life, and that you are connected to this flow.

After drinking from the well, Nantosuelta takes you by the hand and leads you back towards the entrance of the cave. As you step back into the light, you feel a sense of gratitude for the gifts of life, growth, and renewal that Sucellos and Nantosuelta have shared with you. You carry this sense of connection and renewal with you as you return to your daily life.

For those of you that read my site, you may notice that this is similar to my article Into the well, Out into the valley, which I pulled the symbolism to create Journeying with Sucellos and Nantosuelta.
